Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 155 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Bluestone River, Blacklick Creek, Blue Spring Creek, Bratton Branch, Big Branch and Big Spring Branch.
