For the Sabine River...including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater, Longview, Beckville, Logansport...Major flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Sabine River at Longview. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 35.0 feet, Expect severe flooding of several thousand acres of river bottom along with petroleum equipment, secondary roadways, and several structures.
