Upton County in western Texas... * Until 300 PM CDT. * At 214 PM CDT, a wall of dust was along a line extending from 11 miles northeast of Andrews to 17 miles northeast of Crane to 8 miles east of Rankin, moving west at 30 mph. HAZARD...Near zero visibility with strong wind in excess of 50 mph. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel. * This includes Interstate 20 between mile markers 97 and 133. Locations impacted include...
