Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered slow moving thunderstorms and locally heavy downpours will develop this afternoon and linger into this evening. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * This severe thunderstorm will be near... Black Moshannon State Park around 850 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Grassflat, Morrisdale, Wallaceton, Kylertown, and West Decatur. Radar has indicated rotation within this severe thunderstorm. Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop quickly during severe thunderstorms. For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the Woodland and Milesburg exits, specifically from mile markers 123 to 151. This includes Interstate 99 from mile markers 65 to 67.
