For Saturday, sustained west winds of 20 to 25 mph with gusts of 40 to 50 mph. * Relative Humidity...Minimum relative humidity values as low as 7 percent both this afternoon and again on Saturday. * Impacts...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
