Munising to Grand Marais MI... At 336 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 nm northwest of Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore to near Au Train Island to near Shot Point, moving southeast at 40 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and small hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Shot Point, Shelter Bay, Grand Island, Au Train Island, Miners Castle, Laughing Whitefish Point, and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
