Coastal Flood Advisory issued June 20 at 2:29PM CDT until June 21 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Lake Charles LA * WHAT...Minor coastal flooding. * WHERE...Lower Vermilion, Lower Iberia and Lower St. Mary Parishes. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels between 1.5 and 2.0 feet MHHW can be expected during times of high tide through Friday afternoon. If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
