In north central Kentucky, Larue, Nelson, Shelby, Spencer and Washington KY. In south central Kentucky, Adair, Allen, Barren, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, Hart, Lincoln, Marion, Metcalfe, Monroe, Russell and Taylor. * WHEN...Until midnight EDT /11 PM CDT/ tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
