In northeast Kansas, Brown, Jackson, Jefferson, Nemaha, Pottawatomie and Riley. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The potential for additional heavy rain is over, but lingering flooding from heavy rainfall last night may persist through the morning.
