Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Saturday. Wabash River at Hutsonville Legacy Power Plant Site. .Minor flooding continues on the lower White River and the lower Wabash. Additional rainfall over the next few days is expected to bring additional crests to the these rivers including spots that have gone below flood and bring additional minor flooding or lengthen the amount of time above flood stage for the lower White and lower Wabash rivers. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wabash River at Mount Carmel. * WHEN...Until Thursday, July 02. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, River Road in the Mount Carmel, Illinois area begins to flood.
