Building east swell from Hurricane Fausto will keep surf heights along east facing shores elevated above High Surf Advisory criteria through Wednesday afternoon and may need to be upgraded to a High Surf Warning as this swell peaks Monday night into Tuesday. * WHAT...Surf building to 10 to 14 feet. * WHERE...East facing shores of all Hawaiian Islands. * WHEN...Until 6 PM HST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Moderate.
