Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 1230 PM EDT. * At 934 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 22 nm east of Marker 24 Barge to 7 nm north of Buckeye Reef to 7 nm northwest of K Tower to near O Tower, moving east at 20 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats...damage vessels...and create suddenly higher waves.
