ฝนตกหนัก คลื่นกระแสลมฝ่ายตะวันออกเคลื่อนเข้าปกคลุมภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และอ่าวไทย ในขณะที่มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามันตอนบน ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งบริเวณภาคเหนือ ภาคกลางรวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย

Heavy Rain The easterly wave prevails over the lower North, the Central, the East and the Gulf while the southwest monsoon prevails over the upper Andaman Sea. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the North, the Central including Bangkok and vicinity, the East and the South. People in these areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The weak winds and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf, the waves have about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershower.
