ฝนตกหนัก มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทย ในขณะที่มีแนวพัดสอบของลมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้และลมฝ่ายตะวันออกบริเวณอ่าวไทย ภาคใต้ตอนล่าง และภาคตะวันออก ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งในภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้และอ่าวไทย มีกำลังอ่อน ทำให้ทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณประเทศไทยระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
