Total amounts will vary considerably from place to place, but in general total rainfall of anywhere from 35-90 mm can be expected before the rain tapers off on Tuesday. Note that highly localized rainfall in excess of 150 mm are possible with this system. ### Localized flooding is likely. Some roads may become impassable. Utility outages are likely.
