yellow warning - severe thunderstorm - in effect At 5:53 p.m. ADT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing strong wind gusts and heavy rain. A severe thunderstorm was located near Mulgrave, moving east-northeast at 50 km/h. Hazards: - 80 km/h wind gusts. -Pea sized hail. - Heavy rainfall. Locations impacted include: Mulgrave, Port Hawkesbury, Port Hastings, Pleasant Hill, Aulds Cove, Pirate Harbour, Troy, Askilton, Hureauville, Cleveland, Evanston, Whiteside, West Bay Road, West Bay (Richmond), and Grande Anse. ### Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
