Remarks: A deep low pressure system will cross the BC offshore waters today, reaching the coast overnight and then proceeding to track inland during the day on Friday. Very strong, gusty southeasterly winds will develop this afternoon and continue into the evening. Winds will weaken as the low passes near midnight. ### Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury or damage. High winds may result in power outages and fallen tree branches.
